Samsung Galaxy S4 Nexus and HTC One Google edition appear on Google Play: Price, specs

As it was promised, Google has showcased Google editions of Samsung Galaxy S4 and HTC One on Google Play in the United States. Both the devices are now available for grabs in the U.S. only. The top-shelf phones from Google will run stock Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and they are going to attract the kind of customers, who don’t like the certain limitations of the Nexus phones as well as those of the original HTC One and Galaxy S4.

As it was formerly announced, the pricing of Samsung Galaxy S4 and HTC One stock Android versions goes at $649 and $599 respectively. The HTC handset is a bit cheaper, because it is somewhat smaller than the other. It has only a 4.7-inch display, while the Samsung device is a high-end phablet with 5-inch display and other specs.

Well, both devices are offered by Google with free delivery. They are to get shipped on or before July 9. Following the delay in the announcement of the next generation Nexus phone, it is likely that the Samsung and HTC Nexus versions would get huge sales in the U.S. Android pursuits get a big chance to enjoy the software on two of the world’s top mobile phones.

Google first announced the Nexus variant of Samsung’s flagship phone at its developer conference in May 2013. Though HTC then denied chance for a similar diversion for its One flagship, Google in a few weeks went on to announce a HTC One variant of the Nexus as well.
