Way 1: FTP Method
In this method, all you’ve got to do is login to your cPanel/FTP of your hosting. To do so, go to http://www.YourDomain.com:2082 and then login to your hosting. Then using File Explorer, go to the root menu of your Domain Name. Then you’ll find a folder named WP-content. Open it and rename the folder named “Plugins” to “Plugin-deact” which is present inside it.

Way 2: Using phpMyAdmin
This method is a bit tricky than FTP method but it can be useful in cases where you have more than one website installed on a shared hosting.
If you have a bit of idea of SQL and DBMS, you can always go for this method. In this all you’ve got to do is just login into you website via cPanel and then open phpMyAdmin.
In your WordPress database, go in the wp_options table. Locate the option name “active_plugins”. Now edit the value of that option and change it to this: a:0:{}
